What you can use it for.

One kit, four kinds of work. Keep the pages you need and the report reads like it came from a professional analysis department.

  • A post-match report

What happened, how and why, for your coach the morning after the game.

  • An opposition preview

How the next opponent plays, their key players and three priorities to beat them.

  • A portfolio piece

A finished report to show clubs what you can do when you apply for analysis roles.

  • A team meeting

Clear, one-idea pages to put up on screen and talk players through.

What's inside.

49 pages in the order a report is read: the front pages, five chapters and a parts library to build any page you need.

  1. The front page showing four reports built from one kit

    Front pages · 4 pages

    Start here

The cover with the starting XI, four reports you can build, how to build one in five steps, and the contents.

  2. A team overview page comparing both teams' shapes

    01 · 10 pages

    Team overview

Squad, form and fixtures, head to head, players to watch, the match in key moments and in numbers, and both teams' shapes.

  3. An in-possession page on building through the centre-backs

    02 · 9 pages

    In possession

Build-up, carries, progression third by third, entries into the final third and how chances are made, with one move broken into phases.

  4. An out-of-possession page on the pressing trap

    03 · 11 pages

    Out of possession

The block, the pressing trap and its triggers, winning the ball back, goal kicks and the shots you face.

  5. A set-piece page on defending corners

    04 · 8 pages

    Set pieces

Corners, free kicks and throw-ins, for and against, with routines and deliveries drawn out.

  6. The game plan page with three priorities for the next game

    05 · 2 pages

    Game plan

Three priorities for the next game, ready to take into the meeting.

  7. The match in numbers: a data dashboard with possession, shots, quality of play and shots every 15 minutes

    Data · across the report

    Data that makes the case

The match in numbers as a dashboard, team and player comparisons, shot maps, form tables and charts by phase, all built in. Every chart is filled in with practice data from a made-up league, so you see the finished look, then you replace the numbers with your own.

  8. The parts library: numbered player discs in every team colour

    Parts library · 5 pages

    Build any page you need

Pitches upright and landscape, pitch zones including Zone 14 and the lanes, player discs from 1 to 11 in every team colour, and 32 icons for corners, free kicks, passes, presses and more.

From download to report.

You need PowerPoint or Keynote, and two free fonts the guide shows you how to install.

  1. 1

    Download

Straight after checkout: the PowerPoint template, the PowerPoint file, the Keynote file, the Get started guide and the Team colours folder.

  2. 2

    Open it

All 49 pages arrive ready. Delete what you don't need and duplicate what you want twice.

  3. 3

    Make it your match

Set the match once for every page, pick your team colours and move the players.

Questions.

Does it work in Google Slides?

It is made for PowerPoint and Keynote. Google Slides will open it, but it changes the fonts and some layouts.

Can I use real club badges and kits?

The kit comes with colour presets named by colour. You add your own team names; badges and official kits are yours to source.

What is the example data?

Practice data from a made-up league, so every page shows a finished example. Replace it with your own match.

I'm in The Club. Do I pay again?
